About the role

Account Manager responsible for the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts, driving NRR, cross-sell, and renewals in the AI-native product space.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts (builders, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees).
  • Ensure customers receive real value, expand into new products, and renew with conviction.
  • Build systems, playbooks, and scalable motions to drive outcomes across a high-volume book.
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data/logs to spot friction before customers do.
  • Manage NRR across the book, drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and lead renewals end to end.
  • Partner closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value and grow with them.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and expansion motion.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; able to hold technical conversations with developers or engineering teams.
  • Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate churn risk.
  • Strong communicator capable of engaging founders, technical leads, and procurement teams.
