About the role

Senior Product Engineer role at Unify building the first AI-native outbound platform. Owns large engineering scope from zero to one, shaping product roadmap and engineering foundation, working with founders and a collaborative cross-functional team to scale the product and company.

Responsibilities

  • Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
  • Build new products using the latest and greatest tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
  • Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster
  • Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience and track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
  • Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry with ability to translate high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions
  • Independent yet collaborative; willing to help team members and go the extra mile
  • Experience standing up and managing infrastructure; comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers
