About the role

Seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Director in APJ to develop and execute B2B regional marketing strategies, lead demand generation, and build brand presence to support Yubico's growth in the APJ region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic field marketing plans in the APJ region, aligning with sales and focusing on funnel activations, brand visibility, and regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with APJ channel sales team on go-to-market initiatives with channel partners.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key channel partners.
  • Plan and execute regional in-person activities including trade shows, roundtables, and hosted experiences.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts using SFDC data and qualitative feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with regional leadership and stakeholders for collaborative marketing.
  • Develop or leverage content, collateral, campaigns, and sales tools to support field marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years in APJ field marketing, with experience working with channel partners
  • Based in Singapore
  • Experience in cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Japanese proficiency preferred
  • Ability to travel within APJ (20%)
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and collaboration skills
