About the role

Product Marketing Manager who connects customer insight, product strategy, commercial execution and marketing to drive adoption of Airwallex’s Business Accounts suite through clear positioning, launches, campaigns, and enablement across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their needs, competitors and Airwallex’s unique edge to shape our value proposition.
  • Define, test and refine global product positioning, messaging and value propositions in partnership with Product, Sales and Marketing.
  • Create compelling, high-impact enablement assets that help upmarket sales teams accelerate deal cycles and win key accounts.
  • Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that increase acquisition and product adoption.
  • Drive comprehensive, end-to-end global product go-to-market launches.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights across channels, customers and product to influence and improve the product roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally across global and regional Strategy, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing at a fast-growing technology company.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to identify and prioritise opportunities, roll up your sleeves and go deep into a problem.
  • A track record of collaborating across functions and driving impact with Product, Sales, Marketing, Design and Data Analytics teams.
