About the role

Role responsible for translating technical and commercial roadmaps into high-impact product marketing launches, crafting messaging, enabling sales, and monitoring competitive landscape to position Rogo as a category leader in AI for finance.

Responsibilities

  • Launch Orchestration: End-to-end launch announcement process for core product features, including roadmap support, campaign calendars, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch analysis
  • Messaging & Positioning Framework: Develop crisp, technically-accurate messaging translating capabilities into value propositions for different audience personas and use cases
  • Sales Enablement: Create strategic enablement materials including competitive battle cards and demo materials to articulate differentiation in technical conversations
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry landscape, especially competing gen AI for finance solutions, to inform messaging/positioning and identify differentiation opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning end-to-end launches for technical products
  • Strong domain knowledge in finance - experience marketing to banks, asset managers, PE firms, or adjacent financial institutions; fluency in financial workflows, terminology, and buyer pain points
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and modern AI systems, including training, deployment, evaluation, and production applications
  • Proven ability to translate highly technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for executive, technical, and end-user audiences
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, and GTM teams to shape roadmap-informed messaging and deliver coordinated launches
  • Strong sales enablement instincts — battlecards, demos, and narratives for technical, competitive sales conversations
