About the role

Senior Solutions Engineer on the pre-sales team at Taktile, focusing on enterprise AI-driven decisioning for financial institutions. Responsible for translating customer strategy into AI use cases, designing proof-of-value projects, and guiding prospects through technical evaluations and ROI demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and translate customer's strategic priorities into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during the sales process and Enterprise sales cycle.
  • Lead design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile platform to demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile's Agentic Decisioning Platform.
  • Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunity and roadmap to senior stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Work with product management to share competitive intelligence and prospect insights to shape roadmap and positioning.
  • Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to scale the solution engineering function.
  • Lead discovery for new use cases and implement them on the platform, providing feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code
  • Experience with REST APIs and modern AI models in customer-facing environments (preferred)
  • Experience building, tuning, or deploying ML models in production (preferred)
  • Domain expertise in financial services (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate enterprise organizations with technical and business stakeholders (preferred)
  • Proven track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage with C-level executives (preferred)
