About the role

Role focused on leading full-cycle client engagements for banks and financial institutions, translating AI capabilities into business value, and acting as the Voice of the Customer to guide sales and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client engagements with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate value of Rogo's AI solutions.
  • Establish credibility in solving customers' problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to different financial firms, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
  • Partner with marketing to develop content for bankers/investors suited to practice areas and client types.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to help sales and product teams with feedback from a financial services perspective.
  • Tailor introductions of new solutions to specific customer needs.
  • Further market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful for applying AI in finance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a front office finance role
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
  • An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to deliver results.
