Senior Product Engineer, EU
About the role
Senior full-stack product engineer at Ashby, focused on owning substantial features end-to-end, shaping product specs, wireframes, and implementation across the stack, with a culture of ownership, minimal process, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design).
- Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
- Designed and built automated interview scheduling feature.
- Built a generalized declarative filter architecture that translates UI filters to SQL in the backend.
- Specced, designed, and implemented a feature to complete signing offers entirely within Ashby.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- Full-stack engineering capability across frontend and backend
- Willingness to tackle any part of the technology stack
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ambition to improve skills and take ownership of projects
