Staff Product Engineer, EU
About the role
Staff Product Engineer role at Ashby, a YC-backed all-in-one recruiting platform. Full-time, remote-friendly across multiple European countries, with a strong emphasis on owning end-to-end product work across a large portion of a product, collaborating with product/design, and delivering high-impact features.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of Ashby's products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design).
- Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
- Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling, a generalized declarative filter architecture (SQL compilation in backend), and in-app signing of offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years
- Tech skills: Node.js, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript
