About the role

Hands-on Manager, Partner and Influencer Marketing to lead creator and ecosystem strategy in Greater China, focusing on influencers, media partnerships, affiliate networks, and ecosystem alliances to drive brand authority and growth in a complex B2B fintech/SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Tier Partner Outreach & Management: Influencer & Creator Seeding across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, Douyin, Bilibili, YouTube and B2B forums; Media Partnerships; Ecosystem Alliances; Affiliate Network Growth.
  • Operations & Stakeholder Management: Liaise between global marketing teams, local sales leaders, and external partners; optimize performance using data-driven insights (Video View, CPR, CPE, Viral Post Rate, Leads) to improve ROI and lead capture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, influencer marketing, or partner management, preferably fintech, SaaS, or cross-border payments.
  • Deep hands-on China digital ecosystem experience (RedNote, Douyin, WeChat, Baidu) with track record of influencer-led seeding and trust-building.
  • Project Management: ability to manage multi-million RMB budgets and high-frequency event calendars with strong operational discipline.
  • Technical Literacy: proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data analytics platforms (GA4, BI tools).
  • Native-level Mandarin and professional-level English (written and verbal).
