Associate Solutions Engineer on the pre-sales team at Landeed, bridging product, engineering, and customer interactions. Build demos, write technical docs, and work with enterprise clients to showcase platform capabilities. Suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals comfortable with Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demo environments and prototypes tailored to enterprise use cases.
  • Run live API demos for technical and non-technical stakeholders at prospective clients.
  • Write clear, accurate technical documentation — integration guides, API walkthroughs, and how-to content — for both internal and external audiences.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to prepare for enterprise sales conversations and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Translate customer requirements into working prototypes using Python scripts and API integrations.
  • Field technical questions from prospects during the sales cycle and communicate product capabilities with precision.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to stay current on platform capabilities and feed back customer insights.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or pre-sales role — or a strong internship in a product or SaaS company.
  • Python: Hands-on working knowledge
  • SQL: Comfortable writing SQL queries to pull, filter, and present data as part of a demo or analysis.
  • APIs: Experience with REST APIs; familiarity with Postman or curl; ability to read API documentation independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a habit of documenting work clearly and consistently.
  • Eager to learn the product deeply and become a subject matter expert over time.
