About the role

AI-native thinker to work with Snowflake's CEO and ELT to drive AI-powered transformation across teams, building autonomous AI agents, guiding product direction, and defining an AI-native operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents that solve real business problems. Design, build, and deploy agents across Snowflake functions—e.g., automating executive reporting and enabling faster work for sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Partner with product teams to shape what gets built. Embedded with the product organization, providing signals on what works and what’s missing; day-to-day use informs the product roadmap.
  • Drive transformation one team at a time. Understand workflows, build AI-powered solutions, and scale to next teams.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team. Use AI tools to stress-test strategies, surface data-backed insights in real time, and provide executive-ready perspectives.
  • Set the standard for AI-native operations. Define and demonstrate AI-powered operating model concepts (automated reporting, predictive metrics, LLM-driven communications, agentic workflows) and scale across Snowflake.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience building AI agents — designing multi-step agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and autonomous AI pipelines
  • Strong data fluency: querying, analyzing, and reasoning about data (SQL, Python, or equivalent)
  • First principles thinking: break problems down to fundamentals
  • Exceptional communication: translate technical concepts into business impact for executive audiences
  • Low ego, high agency: willingness to operate behind the scenes and work across the organization
  • Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
