About the role

Internship role embedded in Rilla’s team to own real projects across the business, working directly with founders and leadership across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and more. High ownership, fast-moving environment with real output at the end of the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Take on high-priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and anything else the business needs
  • Work directly with founders and leadership on live problems
  • Build things, fix things, and leave the company better than you found it
  • Move fast and operate with a high degree of ownership from day one

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Ability to work full-time in person in NYC for the summer
  • No specific major required — we care about how you think, not what you studied
  • Evidence that you've done hard things and figured stuff out on your own
