About the role

Enterprise Account Executive to land and expand Enterprise logos (1k-20k employees) in Germany with native-level German, focusing on value-driven, MEDDPICC-aligned SaaS sales for AI-video solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through landing and expanding Enterprise customers in DACH.
  • Ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities for target accounts through direct and teamed prospecting.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account plans.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in how strategic organisations can revolutionise their business communications and materials through AI-video.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team on account adoption, retention and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in b2b SaaS sales, landing and expanding logos with 1k-20k employees.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting into new accounts and conducting product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and develop unique and compelling value propositions focused on delivering ROI.
  • Experience in reputable, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC or similar.
  • Strong business acumen and examples of how you’ve built business value and champions from the ground up.
  • Experience of rapid growth and understanding its opportunities and challenges.
  • Executive presence with exceptional verbal and written German & English.
