About the role

Growth Software Engineer focused on scaling user and business growth through code, partnering with Product, Data, Marketing, and other stakeholders across France and international expansion (starting with the US).

Responsibilities

  • Growth experimentation: design, build, and ship experiments across the full user journey from onboarding to retention to drive growth metrics.
  • Engagement & product complexity: develop features like gamification, personalization, and cross-feature engagement.
  • AB testing & data-driven development: build and run AB tests at scale, instrument features for measurement, collaborate with Data team.
  • Fast prototyping: move quickly, put prototypes in front of users, gather feedback, iterate.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: translate business challenges into engineering solutions and align multiple teams.
  • International expansion: adapt product to local contexts and scale infrastructure across geographies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 3 years of software engineering in a fast-paced environment, ideally B2C.
  • Track record shipping features end-to-end in a B2C product with hundreds of thousands of users.
  • Builder's mindset with focus on business impact.
  • Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, infra.
  • Analytical, data-driven, instrumenting code and designing experiments.
  • Fast learner in new domains and markets.
  • Problem solver with creative, practical approaches.
  • Drive & ownership with accountability for outcomes.
  • Team player with strong collaboration with Product, Design, Data.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to feedback.
