About the role

Web Developer responsible for building high-converting web experiences, integrating growth infrastructure, and driving conversion optimization through code, with collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-converting web experiences in Webflow, including landing pages, conversion funnels, and website features from concept through launch; write custom JavaScript, build CMS architectures, and push Webflow to advanced functionality.
  • Develop the technical infrastructure powering growth by architecting integrations, APIs, webhooks, middleware, event tracking, and data flow between Webflow, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation; write production-grade, scalable code.
  • Own conversion optimization through code by designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and personalization engines; analyze funnel data and implement solutions to improve key metrics.
  • Ship with technical excellence and collaboration, balancing speed and quality, refactoring when needed, and communicating with stakeholders; prioritize code quality, performance, and best practices while shipping.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate business goals into technical solutions; lead development projects and provide technical guidance to stakeholders; translate non-technical requirements into clean code.
  • Push technical boundaries while maintaining reliability; explore advanced animations (GSAP), interactive elements (Three.js), and dynamic personalization while preserving performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years building conversion-focused websites and landing pages
  • Expert-level Webflow development skills, including advanced CMS implementations, custom code integration, and complex builds
  • Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; clean, maintainable code
  • API integration expertise including REST API clients, webhooks, OAuth, and debugging integrations with CRMs, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Experience with modern web development tools and frameworks (Git, Node.js, React or similar, serverless functions, build tools); familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, and animation libraries a plus
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates through technical implementation of tests, optimizations, and experiments; understanding of A/B testing methodology and CRO best practices
  • Web performance obsession; optimize for Core Web Vitals, debug performance issues, and ship measurable improvements
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional development skills with live websites, complex functionality, and end-to-end execution; include code samples or GitHub repositories
  • Systems mindset for scalable, maintainable codebases and reusable components; ability to move fast when needed
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams and work across functions
  • Analytical thinking with business acumen; understanding of how code impacts conversion metrics, user behavior, and revenue
  • Ability to work autonomously from requirements to deployment while keeping teams aligned
  • Get-it-done attitude with high standards; ships, iterates, and improves
