About the role

Product engineers own features end-to-end, work directly with customers and operations to identify product gaps, and ship new features from 0 to 1. They move across the stack (frontend, backend, databases, APIs) and own outcomes without a middleman PM.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end from concept to shipping
  • Work with customers and operations to identify product gaps and clarify ambiguous problems
  • Ship new features from 0 to 1
  • Work across the stack (frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and more)
  • Own outcomes, not just code

Qualifications

  • Smart > Experienced: ability to build things that work regardless of prior languages or frameworks (Typescript, Svelte, Nest used by company)
  • AI-native: use AI tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude) as a core part of generating code and problem solving
  • Full-stack: capability to build and ship a feature end-to-end (frontend, backend, database, deploy)
