About the role

Senior-track operations role focused on optimizing payments operations within Yuzu’s healthcare/insurance TPAs environment. Role evolves every 3–6 months as processes are automated and the business scales; involves accounts payable/receivable, product-driven reporting, and cross-team problem solving. In-person office-based role in West Village, NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve accounts payable, accounts receivable, and product-driven reporting functions.
  • Problem-solve across Partnerships, Account Management, and Compliance teams.
  • Lead and optimize payments operations with the potential to grow into a management role.
  • Adapt job scope as automation and business needs change every 3–6 months.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience operating in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking or investing experience.
  • Ability and willingness to own a process rather than just work on projects.
  • Ethical and compassionate character; competitive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance industries is a plus but not required.
