About the role

GTME Ecosystem Content Creator role at Clay University. On-camera and edit-bay educator responsible for end-to-end content creation, live builds, and cross-functional coverage of GTME topics to teach GTME Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Be a primary face of Clay University. Record courses, Looms, and walkthroughs that thousands of GTMEs watch weekly.
  • Own full content lifecycle for the topics you take on. Prep curriculum, record, capture screen flows, hand off to editors.
  • Ship at AI's pace. Record, ship, iterate, and re-record as new features land.
  • Bring back the magic of the OG looms with live builds and real-time problem-solving in content.
  • Translate cross-functional brilliance into content from Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTMEs into University-grade lessons.
  • Iterate on what resonates by measuring engagement and refining future content.

Qualifications

  • A learner first, a teacher second.
  • Comfortable on-camera and in the edit bay.
  • A builder who teaches by doing.
  • Obsessed with shipping cadence and delivering multiple pieces quickly.
  • High taste on craft and ability to distinguish effective instructional Looms from ineffective ones.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity as GTM Engineering is an emerging discipline.
  • Proven hunger with a track record of content creation (e.g., YouTube channel, course, Loom library, Substack, portfolio).
