About the role

Langfuse Solutions Architect role embedded in the AI observability ecosystem, representing the ClickHouse + Langfuse platform to AI engineering teams, driving pre-sales, technical advisory, ecosystem engagement, and reference implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical evaluations with AI engineering teams from architecture review through POC and production deployment
  • Engage with data engineers, ML engineers, and platform architects to map LLM application stack and trace patterns to ClickHouse | Langfuse capabilities
  • Interact with all levels of customer organizations from individual contributors to CTOs
  • Design and deliver reference implementations, schema designs, and ingestion patterns optimized for LLM trace data at scale
  • Source and qualify pipeline through ecosystem relationships and community engagement
  • Partner with ClickHouse AEs to progress and close opportunities in AI and LLM observability
  • Advocate for product improvements and integration enhancements that strengthen the ClickHouse + Langfuse story
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in the Langfuse community, contributing to forums, GitHub, events
  • Develop relationships with Langfuse core team and ecosystem partners for GTM opportunities and integrations
  • Create technical content (blogs, tutorials, reference architectures, demos) showcasing ClickHouse | Langfuse for LLM observability workloads

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in the LLM observability or AI monitoring space
  • Technical depth in the modern AI stack (prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation frameworks, token economics, data infrastructure)
  • Customer-facing experience (pre-sales, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical account management)
  • Strong foundation in data infrastructure (analytical databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, Postgres, or columnar databases is a strong plus
  • Open source orientation and experience engaging with developer communities
