About the role

CRM Operations Executive role at Landeed, focused on stakeholder communication, online/offline coordination, upsell support, and end-to-end customer coordination in a fast-paced, hybrid setup based in Hyderabad with relocation mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication Updates: communicate with stakeholders daily, maintain records, respond to queries, escalate issues, prepare daily update reports.
  • Online Operations & Customer Updates: ensure timely updates on customer requirements, follow up on documentation/approvals, maintain CRM records, support daily targets and SLAs.
  • Upsell Support & Target Achievement: identify upsell opportunities, support quarterly upsell targets, log upsell activities in CRM, report progress, implement feedback to improve conversions.
  • Stakeholder-Customer Liaison: bridge between stakeholders and customers, proactively share timelines and checklists, handle concerns, maintain interaction logs in CRM.
  • End-to-End Customer Coordination: coordinate online and offline teams for smooth experiences, follow up for documents/approvals, flag delays, adhere to SOPs and contribute to improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM operations, customer operations, or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written English; Telugu/Kannada/Hindi knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking across customer requirements and stakeholder interactions
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or project tracking tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad (candidates from anywhere in India)
