About the role

Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain equipment in a digital-first removables finishing facility in Carrollton, TX, supporting production of dentures and night guards with a focus on quality, efficiency, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment and hand tools to fabricate/modifiy night guards and dentures in a fast-paced environment (pumicing, polishing, following order specifications)
  • Drive improvements by providing insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and technology issues in a large-scale dental lab
  • Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., dentures free of excess materials) and lead by example
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address bottlenecks promptly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
  • Robust vision with attention to detail, including depth perception and color
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with digital tools and technology
  • Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, and prioritization skills
  • Team player attitude and willingness to help others to exceed expectations
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean work area and preventing contamination
