About the role

Senior/Staff-level Product Manager responsible for end-to-end governance, content lifecycle, and analytics for enterprise deployments, focusing on workspace setup, compliance controls, and operator efficiency to drive renewals and enterprise-scale adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls
  • Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners and what "in control" looks like at scale
  • Translating insights into clear product direction, prioritization, and maintaining alignment across engineering and design
  • Working with engineering manager and designer: writing clear specs, trade-off decisions, and providing contextual guidance
  • Partnering with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals where features are deal-critical and impact the commercial loop
  • Defining metrics to measure success: adoption of admin tooling, compliance feature usage, reduction in governance-related support escalations

Qualifications

  • Significant experience owning a critical product domain with strategy development
  • Track record of tying product outcomes to commercial results (ARR, retention, expansion)
  • Comfort working across a broad surface area with ruthless prioritization
  • Strong written communication: PRDs, strategy docs, customer insight summaries
  • Ability to ramp quickly on enterprise buying motions and work closely with commercial teams
  • Based in London or open to regular travel; London-anchored team and in-person time emphasized
