About the role

Platform Team builds foundational microservices and infrastructure to support Pairs’ features, focusing on reliability, scalability, security, and development productivity. The team enables engineering efforts across the organization without directly delivering user features, while collaborating with product backend, SRE, security, and other groups to strengthen the product and development ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • 機能開発において汎用的に利用するマイクロサービスの開発
  • ユーザー向けの直接的なフィーチャー開発を主とするプロダクトバックエンドチームと協調した品質改善や開発効率改善
  • SREチームと協調したインフラレイヤーと協調する応答性能やスループットの改善
  • 中規模以上(半年〜)の期間が必要となるミドルウェアのアップデートや汎用的に利用する基盤開発
  • セキュリティチームと協調したアプリケーションセキュリティの向上の取り組み

Qualifications

  • 開発効率改善やパフォーマンス改善やセキュリティ対応等に強い意欲を持つ事
  • 関係者を効果的に巻き込み、成果を上げるためのオーナーシップとコミュニケーションスキル
  • AI周りのキャッチアップ・学習意欲がある・Coding Agentを使って開発した経験
  • 3年以上の商用アプリケーションの実装・リリース・運用の経験
  • AWS/Google CloudなどのPublic Cloud上で動作する商用のWebAPIを構築した経験
  • 各種テスト手法についての構築・設計経験
  • Webアプリケーションの商用コンテナイメージの作成〜運用の経験 (dockerfileや必要なmiddlewareのinstallなど)
  • Nginx, MySQLなどWebアプリケーションによく用いられるミドルウェアについての最低限の知識
  • 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上・英語：会話レベル以上
