About the role
Senior PM responsible for unifying Prosper's Loans and Cards experiences, embedding AI, and driving cross-product adoption and ARPU.
Responsibilities
- Unify the experience across Loans and Cards
- Build intelligent, cross-product journeys
- Own the AI strategy for Core
- Drive ARPU as a first-class metric
- Own the strategy, drive the execution
- Write strategy docs, influence stakeholders, own backlog, resolve conflicts, and keep leadership updated
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success on consumer-facing products
- At least 2 years in fintech, lending, credit, or a closely adjacent domain
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale
- Experience working across multiple product lines or in a platform/core capacity
- Strong data fluency — comfortable with SQL, experiment design, and pressure-testing analytical conclusions
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree or MBA is a plus, but track record matters more
