About the role

Senior Enterprise sales role in China focused on identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals for Airwallex in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals.
  • Navigate and manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging stakeholders from end users to C-level executives while effectively articulating product value.
  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans tailored to key prospects.
  • Own your sales pipeline with precision - managing deal flow and providing accurate, timely forecasts.
  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively offer solutions that drive business value.
  • Deliver a high-impact, insight-led experience at every stage of the prospect and customer journey

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts; experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.
  • Proven success selling multi-product API solutions.
  • A strong network of industry advocates to support your success.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, reach, and build relationships with decision-makers across key industry verticals.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing full sales pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable - you thrive under pressure and think creatively to solve problems.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and aligned to key performance indicators and business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work effectively.
