About the role

Event specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Summit, Tour and Tier 1 tradeshows with end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end event workstreams and program areas including venue management, executive programming, expo, public spaces, space planning, F&B, transportation, keynote, and more.
  • Drive event project plans and documentation, maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and status reporting across multiple concurrent events
  • Manage vendor and cross-functional team relationships, overseeing deliverables, contracts, budgets, and proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues
  • Lead on-site event execution, directing teams across registration, room management, speaker coordination, and real-time problem-solving
  • Own post-event analysis and reporting, synthesizing data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or a related discipline
  • Strong project management, time management, organizational, and execution skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in an events role
