About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning features within Snowflake's AI Migrations charter, shaping MVP-driven delivery of GenAI-powered migration tooling, and aligning with company growth goals to reduce customer migration time.

Responsibilities

  • Own Feature Direction & Alignment: Provide clarity, conviction, and insight for owned features. Ensure roadmap and projects align with broader strategy and migration goals.
  • Balance Technical Constraints: Understand customer migration needs (data types, ETL pipelines, post-migration validation) and weave constraints into product decisions balancing engineering effort, customer value, and feasibility.
  • Execute with Transparency: Help engineering prioritize, explain trade-offs, and maintain clear, precise status updates with no surprises to stakeholders.
  • Drive with an MVP Mindset: Partner with engineering to ship MVPs to select customers to validate core hypotheses and iterate based on real-world feedback.
  • Understand GTM & Enablement: Learn how migration features are taken to market, prepare collateral, enablement pathways, and coordinate with Professional Services and GSIs.
  • Analyze Metrics & Insights: Track usage and health metrics, perform data-driven analysis, and push the north star metric: reducing overall customer migration time.
  • Contribute to the Team Culture: Mentor colleagues, address team-wide issues, and participate in interviewing to scale the PM organization.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of enterprise product management experience, with independent end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
  • Solid technical foundation: familiarity with data ecosystems, databases, SQL platforms, data engineering, and ETL workloads.
  • Developer/Partner focus experience with developer tools, APIs, or data platforms emphasizing user ergonomics and clarity.
  • GenAI / LLM familiarity with delivering AI-powered features (e.g., code translation, developer co-pilots, semantic validation, or LangChain).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across Engineering, Professional Services, and Partners.
