About the role

Hands-on, technical product leader to build new products on top of proprietary construction infrastructure, owning the full arc from idea to shipped product to ARR. In-person role in San Francisco, with deep collaboration across Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers. Will sponsor visa.

Responsibilities

  • Define what gets built. Synthesize signals from customers, PAs, AEs, and the market to define what to build, why, and in what order.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with PAs, engineers, and AEs from requirements through QA, launch, and rollout.
  • Go deep on the customer by engaging with construction companies to understand workflows and unmet needs, shaping products that solve real problems.
  • Set and drive the roadmap, prioritizing across a portfolio of products and making the case to the team.
  • Think in platforms, not just features, ensuring each product enhances the value of the overall suite.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on: full-time builder, not a manager, comfortable working in complex systems.
  • Technical: at least 1 year of experience with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, etc.
  • 2+ years of software experience in a data analyst, product, or other technical role (exceptional new grads with substantive internships considered).
  • High ownership and conscientiousness; ability to manage multiple threads without sacrificing quality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; structured thinker who tests thoroughly.
  • Clear and concise communication; ability to write crisp internal and external docs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and work with a range of customers including engineers and CFOs.
  • In-person: willing to work in SF 5 days/week.
