About the role

Position in SF focused on shaping Ivo’s product with end-to-end design ownership, from web and marketing to brand and product, in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire design and creative process
  • Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions.
  • Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens.
  • Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
  • Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.
  • Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog.
  • Translate our core principles into product: Cycle time is key; Quality matters; No backlogs; FITFO; Ownership mindset.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design.
  • Demonstrated experience as a 0-1 product designer, focused on designing exceptional products that ship quickly.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
