Adoption Strategist - LATAM

About the role

Brand new Adoption Strategist role focused on adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise to drive activation and expansion of ElevenLabs’ core use cases for corporate and mid-market customers in LATAM. Build scalable onboarding, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and playbooks across a high-volume book while developing deep product fluency across ElevenLabs platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices and reduce time-to-value for core use case
  • Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, especially ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, staying ahead of new products
  • Audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and provide value-added adoption recommendations
  • Track and drive adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting and develop data-driven strategies
  • Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars
  • Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-impact initiatives to support local GTM and global results

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar roles at AI-native or highly technical companies with a large, low-touch book
  • Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
  • Proven track record building adoption-focused programs from the ground up (onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, self-serve content)
  • Systems thinker with a focus on scaling and automation; experience building automations and AI-driven workflows
  • Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and define new data points to change strategy
  • Experience driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority (with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, GTM)
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale (mid-market or commercial)
  • Language proficiency: Spanish, Portuguese, and English
