About the role

Account Manager for Enterprise customers in Hong Kong focusing on Payment Acceptance and Point of Sale use cases, driving adoption, onboarding, post-launch optimisation, retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise customers in Hong Kong, building trusted relationships and helping them get more value from Airwallex, with a focus on Payment Acceptance and Point of Sale use cases.
  • Drive adoption, onboarding, post-launch optimisation, retention, and expansion by understanding each customer’s payment flows, operational setup, and growth priorities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Strategy, and other internal teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback, and deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, partnerships, or another customer-facing commercial role
  • Experience working with B2B customers in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer value, retention, and growth outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a practical and proactive approach to customer needs and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
