About the role

Be the financial expert in the room, designing and leading tailored demos of Rogo's platform and translating AI capabilities into impact across investing workflows, while partnering cross-functionally to drive GTM, gather customer insights, and influence product direction.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform, translating AI capabilities into impact across investing workflows — investment diligence, portfolio construction, and front-office deal execution.
  • In every sales cycle, paint the vision of what 'fully deployed' looks like for each fund and position Rogo as core to diligence and IC prep.
  • Partner directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM motion and continuously improve the product.
  • Act as the voice of the prospective customer, bringing market asks and financial services expertise into product development.
  • Be the trusted expert in the sales cycle, building trusted relationships, shaping evaluation, and winning deals.
  • Scope and run proof-of-value exercises, mapping Rogo's capabilities to each prospect's workflows and investment processes.
  • Elevate GTM motion by developing demo environments, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Influence product direction by translating customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or hedge fund.
  • Deep fluency in diligence, financial modeling, valuation, IC preparation, and deal execution.
  • Executive presence with senior stakeholders across banking and investing organizations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for demos and explaining financial concepts.
  • Ability to connect prospect problems to Rogo's solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Structured, outcome-oriented approach to defining success criteria and building business cases.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and conviction about its impact on financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
