About the role

VIKTOR is a fast-growing technology company enabling engineering organizations to automate, scale, and govern their engineering workflows. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the success, retention, and growth of strategic customer accounts, collaborating with digital leaders, engineering managers, users, developers, and executives to embed VIKTOR as a valuable platform.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the success, retention, and growth of strategic customer accounts.
  • Work closely with digital leaders, engineering managers, users, developers, and executives to ensure VIKTOR becomes a valuable and embedded platform within their organization.
  • Focus on the commercial and strategic side of customer success, while collaborating with Customer Success Specialists to leverage engineering and technical product expertise.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategic account management, key account management, business consulting, or management consulting.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or another technical industry is highly valued.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, software, AI, and engineering workflows.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels, from engineers and digital leads to executives.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
