About the role

Technical Consultant at VIKTOR, a fast-growing high-tech scale-up building an AI-powered platform for engineering and construction. You bridge engineering practice and technology, working with clients to translate workflows into scalable VIKTOR applications, advise on AI and automation, and contribute to product feedback and internal development.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Engineering: build AI-powered engineering applications with clients using Python, translate domain expertise into scalable VIKTOR apps, connect tools, train engineers to build and improve applications.
  • Technical Consultancy: act as a trusted technical advisor to solve complex engineering workflow challenges and support the sales team in technical conversations.
  • Spotting Opportunities: build long-term relationships with clients, identify new use cases and strategic opportunities to expand consultancy work.
  • Product Feedback: translate field insights into product feedback to improve the platform for engineers to adopt AI safely and effectively.
  • Project Management & Internal Development: manage project planning, scope, budget, communication, and quality; contribute to internal development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of engineering experience
  • Solid Python skills and engineering foundation for technical growth
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset to find root causes
  • Ability to connect client learnings back to product feedback for actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships
  • Clear communication in English; Dutch language strongly preferred (live in the Netherlands)
