About the role

Join a fast-growing high-tech scale-up delivering AI-powered engineering applications. You will bridge engineering practice and AI/automation, working directly with clients to build scalable, AI-enabled solutions on the VIKTOR platform and helping shape product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Engineering: Build AI-powered engineering applications with clients using Python, translating domain expertise into scalable VIKTOR applications, co-developing with client teams, connecting tools, structuring workflows, integrating AI capabilities, and training engineers.
  • Technical Consultancy: Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients solve complex engineering workflow challenges, advising on automating processes with VIKTOR, AI safety, adoption, and supporting the sales team in technical conversations.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Build long-term client relationships, identify new use cases and strategic opportunities, expand accounts and land new consultancy projects.
  • Product Feedback: Translate field feedback into product improvements, ensuring AI features align with engineers’ needs for safe and effective use of the platform.
  • Project Management & Internal Development: Manage project planning, scope, budget, communication, quality, and contribute to internal development and team capability.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of engineering experience
  • Solid Python skills and strong engineering foundation
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset to identify root causes
  • Ability to translate client insights into actionable product feedback for the platform
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English; Dutch strongly preferred; live in the Netherlands
