About the role

SRE role focused on increasing Duvo's reliability at high velocity, with emphasis on observability, release processes, and multi-tenant security for AI-driven enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the push to level up reliability across Duvo.
  • Build and evolve observability and incident response tooling.
  • Develop canary and A/B deployment pipelines and rollback tooling.
  • Spot misbehaving agents, diagnose failures, and identify latency causes.
  • Provide on-call guidance and post-mortem action items to ensure timely fixes.

Qualifications

  • Distributed systems experience with design and operation at scale.
  • Security mindset for enterprise data, sandboxed environments, KMS encryption, Cloud Armor WAF, and multi-tenant isolation.
  • Observability and incident response experience with production monitoring and structured incident handling.
  • Infrastructure as code and automation expertise (IaC tools, CI/CD, container orchestration).
  • Shipping and ownership mentality with end-to-end reliability project ownership.
  • Judgment on automation prioritization and reliability vs shipping speed.
