About the role

Transformation Strategist role focused on owning day-to-day momentum of enterprise transformations for select live accounts, partnering with Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers, with hands-on consulting responsibilities and a path toward building repeatable playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the workstream fact base: conduct interviews, collect data, map handoffs and identify where cost, cash, service, cycle time or control is lost; produce decision-ready analyses and slides with explicit baselines, assumptions, and evidence.
  • Run the day-to-day delivery rhythm: translate diagnostics into practical roadmaps, manage weekly operating cadence with customer teams, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers as the solution moves into live operation, and maintain alignment on business needs and technical delivery.
  • Build the evidence for impact: lock baseline, targets and measurement window; track progress and investigate misses; produce evidence that CFOs and operating teams can trust; support but do not own senior stakeholder negotiations alone.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting foundations at McKinsey, BCG or Bain level with around 3–5 years of client-facing experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication craft, comfortable with messy data and creating concise, decision-ready analyses and slides.
  • Bias for delivery and ownership; ability to run reliable customer cadences, follow through on actions, and improve processes.
  • Customer judgment and ability to communicate clearly with different levels of an organization; knows when to ask for help.
  • Early-stage working style; comfortable working without a large team or polished playbooks; adept at using AI in own work; strong written communication.
