About the role

Product Engineer role focusing on owning user-facing features and backend systems end-to-end for an AI operations platform, with EU/UK remote work and direct interaction with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and ownership across UI, API, data, deployment for new features within a week
  • Define MVP scope, select metrics, and prioritize work based on customer impact
  • Work with AI-native development practices and maintain quality when reviews and tests are AI-generated
  • Collaborate across functions with product and design, and unblock others as needed
  • Deliver pieces for enterprise customers and engage with them when helpful

Qualifications

  • Experience shipping features end-to-end from ambiguity to production
  • Strong product judgment with ability to prioritize impact over novelty
  • AI-native development experience, familiarity with AI agents and prompt engineering
  • Attention to product quality and user experience
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
