About the role

Talent Partner responsible for owning a portfolio of engineering and GTM roles across European markets, from open to hire, with direct sourcing, screening, and collaboration with hiring managers. Remote, EU/UK focused, reporting to the Talent Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own your roles and markets. Open the role, build the pipeline, run the process, close the offer. You're accountable for the hire landing, not for the funnel looking busy.
  • Source directly. Run outbound on LinkedIn and beyond, work referrals properly, and use AI to find candidates nobody else is talking to.
  • Own the screen. Conduct strong screening calls, take clear notes, give honest pass/fail decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers. Align on bar, calibrate in writing, chase feedback, push back when needed.
  • Keep the agencies honest. Brief agency partners, maintain standards, cut ineffective partners.
  • Run a tight, automated process. Schedule, trial days, logistics, candidate comms; automate repetitive tasks with AI/tools.
  • Look after candidates. Communicate clearly about status and decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in recruiting, in-house at a startup or scale-up or at a tech-focused agency, with full-cycle ownership.
  • A real sourcer with pipelines built from zero for hard roles.
  • Experience hiring engineers, plus comfort with commercial roles like AEs, partner managers or consultants.
  • Experience hiring across European markets.
  • Technically literate with ability to read a GitHub profile, understand a stack, and hold a credible first conversation with an engineer.
