About the role

Junior Transformation Strategist role supporting Transformation Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers on enterprise accounts. Focus on insight generation, rapid analysis, and delivering decision-ready outputs to drive action and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Get to the insight: conduct interviews, extract data, build a fact base, form and test hypotheses, frame problems for action.
  • Deliver output that moves a decision: produce decision-ready slides, memos, and one-pagers with clear baselines and evidence; fast turnarounds; minimal rewrite.
  • Be fungible surge capacity on big accounts: support multiple live enterprise accounts across problems; maintain a clean trail of actions and evidence.
  • Build the evidence for impact: lock baselines, quantify results in CFO-friendly terms, turn misses and wins into evidence packs.
  • Stay close to the customer team (working level): own relationships with operators and mid-level owners; prepare working sessions and capture decisions.

Qualifications

  • Currently an Associate, Senior Associate or Consultant (~2–4 years) at McKinsey or BCG (or equivalent) with client-facing consulting experience.
  • Track record of producing high-quality analyses and slides used by partners and clients.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing rigor.
  • Comfort operating as surge capacity across problems rather than owning a single long study end to end.
