About the role
This role involves end-to-end ownership of product development, from inception to shipped product, with a focus on building systems that enable AI-driven operations for large enterprises. The team values ownership, velocity, and collaboration, and seeks exceptional builders who can operate across the stack as needed.
Responsibilities
- Everything from inception to shipped product. You'll own the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration.
- Speak to customers, shape product direction, and ship things that matter to some of the biggest companies in the world.
Qualifications
- Experience or demonstrated ability across engineering fundamentals, agent harness design, product sense, or how AI systems behave and fail (candidates may spike in one area and operate across the stack when needed).
- Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts and sharp product instincts with a drive to solve customers’ problems.
