About the role

You’ll own end-to-end deal negotiations for Conduct’s largest opportunities, designing offers, negotiating with enterprise procurement, drafting terms, and handing clean deals to Finance. A hands-on, deal-carrying role focused on outcomes rather than approval queues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement negotiations end to end, landing deals that work for both Conduct and customers
  • Work with Account Executives to scope each deal, including system landscape and deal structures
  • Own the pricing models behind offers, including ramps and multi-year structures
  • Draft Order Forms, change agreements and renewals needing only final review
  • Handle parts of the legal side of the house—from NDAs to standard redlines and signatures
  • Monitor expansions and renewals to stay ahead of future conversations

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial negotiator with a track record of leading negotiations with corporate procurement
  • Calm under pressure, data-driven with deep understanding of pricing and contracts
  • Experience with SaaS pricing: tiers, volume discounts, ramps and multi-year deals
  • Ability to draft and interpret commercial contracts from order forms to framework agreements
  • Hands-on and resourceful, comfortable working without a large support team
  • Nice-to-have: experience with legal negotiations, RevOps, or building a commercial function from scratch
  • Open to commercial negotiators who handle contracts or commercial lawyers who lead negotiations (role is the same)
