About the role

ABAP AI Developer to build AI-enabled layer atop ERP systems, contributing across the stack including ABAP development, AI agent design, and product direction. Based in London, on-site, full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and developing ABAP connectors and reports to integrate ABAP-based systems with the Conduct platform
  • Developing AI agents that execute ABAP development tasks
  • Contributing to product direction and implementation
  • Speaking to customers and shaping product strategy
  • Working on backend/frontend, infrastructure, and AI-related tasks as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ensuring production-ready code suitable for enterprise-scale deployments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience (technical consultant, ABAP developer, solutions architect, or similar)
  • Understanding SAP system structure: data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, enhancement frameworks
  • Experience with large SAP implementations and migrations
  • Willingness to work beyond ABAP, including AI agents, backend/frontend, infrastructure
  • Strong pragmatic engineering instincts and focus on production-grade code
