About the role
Owner of the full employee lifecycle at Conduct, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, ensuring a smooth, scalable people infrastructure as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Own all People Operations functions: benefits administration, visa and right-to-work processes, policy documentation, and anything else that keeps us compliant and running well
- Manage our HRIS and payroll platforms, keeping employee data accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
- Run a seamless onboarding experience for every new joiner, and make sure offboarding is handled with the same care
- Continuously improve and automate people processes. If something is manual and repetitive, you find a way to make it scalable
- Support the broader team on ad hoc requests, internal comms, and employee experience initiatives that make Conduct a place people want to stay
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a People Operations, HR, or administrative role, ideally at a fast-growing tech company or startup. You know what good looks like in a lean, high-velocity environment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented. You manage competing priorities without things slipping through the cracks.
- A builder's mindset. You don't just maintain existing processes, you improve them. You're always looking for ways to make things faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
- Strong communicator. You interact with everyone from new graduates to senior founders, and you get the register right every time.
