About the role

Staff Software Engineer role focused on taking new products from zero to one, shaping product roadmap and engineering foundation, and working with a collaborative team to build AI-native outbound platform.

Responsibilities

  • Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
  • Build new products using the latest and greatest tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
  • Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster
  • Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience and have a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
  • Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry. Ability to take high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions
  • Independent yet collaborative; supports and mentors team members
  • Experience standing up and managing infrastructure; comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers
