About the role
Platform Technical Program Manager to design, implement, and scale operational frameworks enabling fast, multi-team delivery and scalable infrastructure at Candid Health.
Responsibilities
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Platform Engineering, Product Management, and Delivery to translate long-term strategy and architecture into actionable roadmaps.
- Orchestrate Complex Technical Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and risk management for platform initiatives (e.g., cloud migrations, framework upgrades, API changes) with zero operational disruption.
- Bridge Internal Systems & External Interfaces: Align internal metrics (OKRs, KPIs) with external platform touchpoints and coordinate infrastructure rollouts for internal teams and external customer IT partners.
- Standardize Delivery Frameworks: Establish lightweight operational processes, optimize project management tools (Jira, Linear), remove bottlenecks, and provide clear project health visibility for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs within a fast-growing B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem.
