About the role
Anrok is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to bring our products to market and arm our sales team to win. You will own a set of features and product areas end to end, from positioning and launch to enablement, and collaborate with product management and sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market for a set of Anrok products and features, from positioning and launch through adoption and revenue impact, working across product, sales, and marketing.
- Develop and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value propositions that set Anrok apart for buyer personas across commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Maintain the messaging frameworks and positioning documents that serve as the single source of truth for consistency across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints.
- Own a segment of sales enablement: build assets (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, objection-handling guides) and the training to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
- Turn customer proof, wins, and references into evidence that sharpens messaging and fuels the funnel.
- Serve as the internal voice of the market, translating feedback, competition, and trends into recommendations and shaping roadmap priorities with product managers.
- Define and track metrics proving product marketing impact (pipeline influenced, win rates, asset utilization, feature adoption, time-to-first-value) and iterate strategy based on insights.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure with proven GTM success and revenue impact in fast-growing environments.
- Expertise in product positioning and messaging for complex or technical B2B products.
- Strong sales enablement experience with tangible assets that improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size.
- Project management and cross-functional leadership with ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with a portfolio of messaging frameworks or customer-facing content.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using data to iterate strategy.
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize competing demands based on business impact.
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS where education and trust-building are critical.
