About the role

Senior analytical partner to the Marketing organization focused on defining performance insights, shaping data foundations, and guiding investment decisions. Hybrid/remote opportunity with Canada and the US-based roles.

Responsibilities

  • Define how Marketing understands its performance and influence investment decisions at the leadership level.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in marketing analytics and data strategy within complex B2B SaaS environments
  • Deep marketing domain expertise, including attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, KPI development, and lifecycle measurement
  • Proven experience partnering directly with senior marketing leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading attribution modernization or marketing measurement transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive techniques in a business context
  • Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
  • Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
  • Experience working with Marketing and GTM platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and related martech
