About the role

Account Executive responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI, with a focus on ElevenLabs’ voice technology and driving revenue goals in Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
  • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential, with additional fluency in Italian highly desirable
